Karli Barich is the Program Manager with the Mercy Corps Northwest Clackamas County Community-Based Recovery Assistance Program. Karli supports nonprofits/Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) within Clackamas County in 1) accessing funds available through the American Rescue Plan Act, and 2) providing assistance for CBOs to build their capacity, resiliency and sustainability.
