Tristan is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager of Mercy Corps Northwest. He has worked with Mercy Corps since 2018 in the United States, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and South Sudan. He joined Mercy Corps Northwest in 2021 and works from the Portland office.
