Edwin is the director of all programming at Mercy Corps Northwest and is based in Seattle. He is a good contact for all questions regarding collaborations across Oregon and Washington and any requests for program expansion. Before joining Mercy Corps Northwest, Edwin worked at Accion, a non-profit focused on “harnessing the power of digital technology to create a financially inclusive world.” (He/Him/His - hispanohablante - Spanish speaker)
