We’re proud to be a partner in the PDX Small Business Hub, a free resource to help local small business owners recover from the impacts of the pandemic. Connect with one of our Community Navigators to get one-on-one assistance in navigating small business resources and financial relief programs. In a resource navigation session, our Navigators can help with a wide range of topics, including:

  • Identifying small business funding opportunities
  • Assistance applying for loans, grants and other funding opportunities
  • Referrals to small business technical assistance, marketing, and legal experts in the community
  • Help navigating and applying for permits
  • Referrals to business classes, workshops, and other educational resources
  • And more!

About our Community Navigators

Greg Charles
Greg has worked at Mercy Corps NW since 2019. He currently works as a community navigator, develops curriculum for the Women’s Business Center, presents training webinars, and provides one-on-one financial consultations. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs as they make progress toward achieving their business goals. (He/Him/His)

Cinthya Montero
Cinthya is the bilingual English and Spanish Community Navigation Officer. She supports entrepreneurs and small business owners to navigate financing and education opportunities that fuel their growth. (She/Her/Hers - hispano hablante - Spanish speaker)
